Shipping

Delivery Times

Please find an indication of the delivery lead times for your country in the table below. As soon as we received your payment, we will send out your parcel as soon as possible. When your parcel has been handed out to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace e-mail from Vlisco.

Delivery is free from 220€ of purchase, this does not include any potential customs duties that may arise. To see your delivery costs fill your cart with your items and check the delivery total in the shopping cart.

If you place your order on Fridays after 1 PM (CET), your order will be handled the next Monday or working day.

We offer Track and Trace with every order to follow your package. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you have a Vlisco account, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting your order in My Orders.

Depending on your country of delivery, we offer different courier services.

EUROPE – DPD PREDICT

For deliveries within Europe, our partner DPD will deliver your package safely and with flexibility to your door with DPD Predict.

SMS/Email notification of your delivery: You will receive two emails or text messages the evening before and the morning of your delivery, where you can use the link to change your delivery.

Change your delivery up to 30 minutes before the delivery time: Click on the link in the Predict message and select:

  1. A different date: for the next delivery day.

  2. A different address: for the next delivery day.

  3. Pickup parcel shop: for parcels of max. 20kg, delivered no later than the next working day.

  4. Permission to leave: you have chosen a safe location at your delivery address.

Live Tracking: See the number of stops the driver still has to make before arriving at your delivery address.

Time-slot of one hour: See the time-slot within which your parcel will be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL – DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY

For deliveries outside of Europe, our partner DHL will deliver your package safely and with flexibility to your door with DHL ODD. Please find below the services offered with DHL Express on Demand Delivery.

SMS/Email notification of your delivery: Once your order will be shipped you will receive notification from DHL ODD by email and/or SMS about your shipment status and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule you can choose the time and place of your delivery. Please make sure to add enter your mobile number during checkout to receive text notification.

Change your delivery: You have no less than 6 options to choose from if you want to change the delivery of your package.

  1. Reschedule your package to be delivered another day and time.

  2. Have your package delivered to another address: alternate delivery to work or family.

  3. Have your package delivered to a safe place authorize shipment release.

  4. Have your package delivered to a neighbour: leave with neighbour, reception or guard.

  5. Have your package delivered to a DHL Service Point: hold for collection.

  6. Going on holiday? Request your package to be held for you: vacation hold and safekeeping for up to 30 days.

Delivery Costs

Vlisco offers free delivery on all orders above €220 (total order price) for standard shipping, sent to Africa, Australia, USA & CA, all EU countries and Switzerland.

Please note this does not include any duty charges, which are separate fees from shipment costs and are charged by your local government.

To see the total shipping costs of your order, simply enter your country of destination in the webshop or during the checkout process.

Pour les commandes en dehors de l'UE, les prix des produits n'incluent pas la TVA. Cela signifie que des taxes/droits peuvent devoir être payés à l'arrivée de votre commande dans votre pays. Malheureusement, cela n'est pas sous le contrôle de Vlisco et relève strictement du gouvernement local. Vlisco ne paie que les frais de livraison lorsque la livraison gratuite s'applique, les droits d'importation ne sont pas inclus dans la promotion de la livraison gratuite.

Pour les États-Unis, si la valeur totale des commandes arrivant le même jour à la frontière américaine est évaluée à moins de 800$, vous ne serez pas soumis à des droits de douanes. Veuillez contacter votre agence douanière locale pour plus d'informations.
