This Mother’s Day in Nigeria, Vlisco clients could show their appreciation for their mothers by entering them in a draw to win a special Mother’s Day surprise.

The lucky winner was Chidi Umeibe, who went with TV personality Denrele Edun and the Vlisco staff to surprise his mother Christiana Umeibe and wife Kosisochukwu Umeibe at their home with this very special gift.

It was an all-day event which began with a meet-and-greet with designer Toju Foye, who was to create Christina’s and daughter-in-law Kosisochukwu Umeibe’s outfits. Together with the help of the Vlisco Style Configurator App and Toju’s advice, they carefully worked out their dream outfits.

Next was a visit to the Vlisco Boutique, where Christiana and Kosisochukwu could choose their favourite Vlisco fabrics they wanted to make their dresses with. Whilst the outfits where being made, they enjoyed a pampering afternoon at the Glow & Grey Spa. They had their nails, hair and make-up done for a professional photo shoot, which was followed by a splendid dinner at the Raddinson Blu.
