Tribute to Angelique Kidjo

This design is a tribute to GRAMMY-winner Angelique Kidjo from Benin. Angelique has long been a friend of Vlisco and, after a concert she gave in the Netherlands, one of our Master Designers who was about to retire, offered to design a print specifically in her honour. It was the last print of his Vlisco career.

The fabric features both Angelique’s name on the selvedge as well as a QR code that directs to her official website.

Angelique loves her unique design. We hope that you do, too.

Part of the proceeds from this fabric will go to Angelique’s charity, the Batonga Foundation.
