Their approach to work with Vlisco fabrics in combination with a mix of different fabric qualities was positively surprising. What we saw was all in the details. The drawings of the fabric designs were well aligned with their creations’ shapes, which resulted in remarkable fashion pieces. The fabrics were often complemented by surprising contrasting elements such as swinging flappers, velour, lace and embroidery. Many looks featured details that enhanced and emphasized a new side of the powerful female silhouette. Think of peplums, ruffles, flares, boxy shoulders, just to name a few. To top it all off, the looks were accessorized with bold jewellery, designed by celebrity stylist Kelvin Vincent, that made the fashion creations pop.
