Returns

Returns

You are entitled to return your order within 30 (thirty) working days from the day of purchase and receive a refund.

You are not bound to indicate the reason(s) why you wish to cancel the order and return the products. The shipping costs (and any other direct or indirect costs, such as duties, to return the products to the premises of vlisco.com in the Netherlands) are at your charge.

All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged and complete with all the original tags/labels in the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued via your original method of payment no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. Vlisco.com does not offer exchanges or replacements.

We advise you to return your package via DPD or DHL for a faster return experience. Please check your local UPS Service Points and DHL Service Points.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Customers with an account:

  1. Login to your account

  2. View the order using the ‘View Order’ link under the Recent Orders section (if the order is not shown, use the ‘View All’ link next to Recent Orders), or go to the ‘My Orders’ section in the Menu on the left and use the ‘View Order’ link.

  3. Click the ‘Return’ button above the Menu on the left

  4. Fill out the required information:

    • Select the item you want to return from the dropdown menu

    • Fill out the Quantity to Return

    • Select the Reason to Return

    • If applicable, select another item you want to return by clicking on ‘Add Item To Return’ and repeat the last 3 steps above

    • Add any additional information in the Comments box

  5. After adding all the items you want to return, click on the ‘Submit’ button below

  6. You will receive email notifications, detailed returns instructions, and status updates

Customers without an account:

  1. Contact via email: [email protected]

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Sales Order Number (see packing list or your order confirmation sent by email)

    • The item(s) you want to return, please include Item No. (see packing list or your order confirmation sent by email)

    • The reason(s) for returning the item(s)

    • In case of a faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) item, please include a photo of the item, clearly showing the label with the barcode and a photo of the fault or damage

  3. You will receive email notifications, detailed returns instructions, and status updates.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the return. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment, and you will receive a credit note by email. Vlisco.com will reimburse the amount in question as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the returned goods.

If you have paid any duties for this order, please contact your local customs for repayment.

Vlisco does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend that you place a new order on vlisco.com.
