How can I make an order in the online shop?
Ordering is easy. Go to SHOP in the main navigation and click on All fabrics. You will get an overview of all fabrics currently available. Once you click on one of the small pictures you will go to a product detail page with a larger picture of the product, more info about the product as well as the possibility to add the product to your Shopping bag. The Shopping bag is Step 1 of 6 of our easy checkout process. Simply follow the instructions to complete your order. In Step 2 you can login or create your Vlisco.com account. In Step 5 you can select the payment method of your choice (online or offline). Step 6 will show you a Confirmation of your order. This confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

How can I convert the Euro amount of my order to my local currency (to USD for example)?
Our prices are in Euro. Orders are payable in Euro. To get an idea of what the order amount would in your local currency, please use the currency converter link on the Shopping Bag page (Step 1 of 6 of the easy checkout process). How can I get the total cost of my order?
The prices on the collection overview pages as well as on the product detail pages are in Euro and excluding shipping costs (and, if applicable, excluding taxes and/or import duties). In Step 1 (=Shopping Bag) of our easy Checkout process, you can optionally calculate the total cost of your order. Simply select the delivery country and the delivery method of your choice, to quickly get the total price of your order. Orders are payable in Euro only.

How can I follow the status of my order?
Vlisco.com starts the processing of your order upon receipt of your payment. You can check the status of your order (pending payment, payment reveived, order shipped) in the your account section of this site (Order History); to access this info you need to log in.

Which countries do you service? Do you service the USA?
In principal, we deliver in all countries. If you country is not included in the list of countries to set a billing/shipping address, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity per order is 1 (one) 6 yards piece of Vlisco fabric or one piece of Vlisco accessory

Does Vlisco distribute paper catalogues/cloth samples?
Vlisco concentrates on offering you a large and frequently changing selection of fabrics -available from stock - through the online shop at Vlisco.com. We do not distribute paper catalogues/swatches.

Do I need a Personal Client Number to make an order?
No. You will be given a Personal Client Number upon making your first order with Vlisco. The number will appear on the invoice which you will receive in the mail (after receipt of your payment). When you write to our Customer Service department, please indicate this number and/or your order number. If you already have a Personal Client Number, we invite you to -optionally- enter the number in the Comments box in Step 3 of the Checkout process.
